Abstract:
A high-strength and high-plasticity titanium-based composite material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: preparing high-oxygen hydrogenation dehydrogenation titanium powder by using a high-temperature rotary ball milling treatment process, and making the prepared hydrogenation dehydrogenation titanium powder have a particle size of 10 to 40 μm and an oxygen content of 0.8 to 1.5 wt.%; preparing high-purity ultra-fine oxygen adsorbent powder by using a wet milling process and a high-energy vibration ball milling treatment process; the purity of the oxygen adsorbent powder being ≥ 99.9%, and the particle size being ≤ 8 μm; in a protective atmosphere, mixing the high-oxygen hydrogenation dehydrogenation titanium powder and the oxygen adsorbent powder, and then pressing and forming the mixed powder to obtain a raw material blank; and performing a sintering treatment on the raw material blank in a protective atmosphere, so as to obtain a titanium-based composite material. The method produces an in situ self-generated multi-scale Ca-Ti-O, TiC and TiB particle-reinforced titanium-based composite material, effectively refines grains in tissues, and significantly improves the strength and plasticity of the material.
