Abstract:
Provided is a steel sheet in which a matrix can exhibit excellent low-temperature toughness and ductility even when the steel sheet has such high strength that the tensile strength of the steel sheet is 1100 MPa or more, and which has excellent wear resistance. The steel sheet is one having strength as high as 1100 MPa or more, wherein components in a steel satisfy a predetermined chemical composition, the A value expressed by specified formula (1) is 0.0015 or less, the E value expressed by specified formula (3) is 0.95 or more, and Brinell hardness (HBW) (10/3000) is 360 to 440 inclusive as measured at a position located at the depth of 2 mm from the surface of the steel sheet.
