Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-suction-lift shell structure for a self-priming pump. An impeller chamber is formed in the high-suction-lift shell structure, the peripheral wall of the impeller chamber being provided with a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a liquid return opening, the high-suction-lift shell structure being internally provided with a liquid inlet channel corresponding to the liquid inlet, a liquid outlet channel corresponding to the liquid outlet and a liquid return channel corresponding to the liquid return opening, a ribbed slab being arranged between the liquid inlet channel and the liquid outlet channel, a partition plate being arranged between the liquid outlet channel and the liquid return channel, the liquid outlet and the liquid return opening being adjacently arranged, the liquid outlet and the liquid return opening forming a communicating outlet, and the ratio of the central angle of the impeller chamber occupied by the outlet to the central angle of the impeller chamber occupied by the liquid inlet being not less than 0.9 and not greater than 1. The present invention has the advantages that, by setting the inlet-to-outlet ratio of the impeller chamber, an impeller of the self-priming pump has large effective kinetic energy, and, when air and liquid are mixed and flow into the liquid outlet channel, air can effectively overflow due to a difference in kinetic energy, thus improving air-liquid separation efficiency, and increasing the suction lift and the head of the self-priming pump.
