Abstract:
The present invention relates to a homogeneous spherical hyaluronic acid bead gel having a swelling degree of 4,500%-10,000%, which is prepared through a mixed crosslinking reaction step, a second step of crosslinking reaction of a dispersion crosslinking reaction, and a third step of purification reaction, wherein the ratio of the reaction time in the mixed crosslinking reaction step to the reaction time in the dispersion crosslinking step is 1:24 to 1:72. According to the method for preparing a hyaluronic acid bead gel of the present invention, it is possible to prepare a transparent, homogeneous bead gel with a high swelling degree. The hyaluronic acid spherical bead gel has a transparent spherical shape with a selected size, exhibits a decomposition period, viscoelasticity, and a swelling degree, has excellent biocompatibility, and is very stable against heat and enzymes.
