Abstract:
The present application discloses a high-temperature alloy having good long-term stability. The high-temperature alloy comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-0.16% of C, 8.0-9.5% of Cr, 9-10.5% of Co, 9.0-10.5% of W, 0.2-1.0% of Mo, 2.5-3.5% of Ta, 5.0-6.0% of Al, 0.5-1.5% of Ti, 0.01-0.02% of B, 1.0-2.0% of Hf, 0.004-0.06% of Zr, 0.001-0.005% of Mg, Si≤0.15％, and Mn≤0.05％, with the balance being Ni and inevitable impurities, wherein the mass percentage of B and Mg satisfies the relation: 0.032%≤B+12.6Mg≤0.068%. The high-temperature alloy having good long-term stability of the present application not only has excellent mechanical properties, but also has long-term stability and long-term service life, fully satisfies the requirements for the design and use of advanced aeroengine and gas turbine, and is applicable to medium/long term service parts such as turbine blades of hot end components of aeroengine and gas turbine.
