Abstract:
A high-temperature and high-pressure denitration waste heat boiler mated with a catalytic cracking unit, comprising a first flue (3), a second flue (6), a third flue (13), and a fourth flue (15). The first flue (3) is communicated with the top of the second flue (6) by means of a horizontal flue (4). The lower end of the second flue (6) is communicated with the lower end of the third flue (13). The upper end of the third flue (13) is communicated with the upper end of a fourth flue (15). The lower end portion of the first flue (3) is communicated with an inlet flue (1). A burner (2) is provided in the first flue (3) above the inlet flue (1). A front evaporator (5) is provided in the horizontal flue (4). A high pressure super-heater, a medium pressure super-heater, and an evaporator (9) are provided in the second flue (6). A denitration device and a high-pressure economizer are provided in the fourth flue (15). The fourth flue (15) is communicated with an outlet flue (18). A steam drum (19) is provided at the top outside the horizontal flue (4). The second flue (6) located between the medium pressure super-heater and the evaporator (9) is communicated with a bypass flue (11) with a bypass valve (10). The bypass flue (11) is communicated with the third flue (13).
