Abstract:
The high-temperature and high-pressure drilling fluid inhibition evaluation device comprises a main testing component, a temperature control and pressurization system, a gas source, a cyclical heating system, a confining pressure pump, a central control system, a computer, an ultrasonic wave detector, and a safety valve, each part being respectively electrically connected to a pipeline, and the main testing component and the temperature control pressurization system are sequentially connected to the gas source. Further provided is a method for using the high-temperature and high-pressure drilling fluid inhibitory evaluation device. In the described device, a liquid is driven by a gas to enter the main testing component from the temperature control and pressurization system, and during testing, accurate confining pressure is provided to a sample by the confining pressure pump. In the present invention, a temperature control and pressurization system is used to pre-pressurize an experimentation fluid and then inject a dilatometer, preventing a marked phase change from occurring in the fluid, eliminating pressure setting errors introduced by the saturation vapor pressure of the fluid, and improving the accuracy of the evaluation result. The externally connected confining pressure pump and the ultrasonic detector are able to examine the real expansion state of the sample, and meanwhile, structural change characteristics of the rock sample can be monitored in real time by means of sound wave reflection conditions.
