Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant colorless transparent polyimide film for lead-free welding reflow in the electronic industry, and a preparation method therefor. The present invention aims to solve the problem of most CPI being unable to satisfy the long-term high-temperature manufacturing requirement of 270ºC in the electronic industry. The method comprises: preparing a mixed diamine solution from 9,9-bis-(4-aminophenyl)fluorene, 3,3'-diaminodiphenyl ether and 2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4'-diaminophenyl ether; then adding 1,2,4,5-cyclohexane tetracarboxylic dianhydride, 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride and bisphenol A type diether dianhydride, and subjecting the mixture to copolymerization to prepare a precursor polyamide acid solution; baking same on a casting machine steel belt to obtain a self-supporting thin film; stretching same while subjecting the self-supporting film to a thermal imidization treatment, to complete imidization of the thin film; and subjecting the film to cooling and mechanical treatment to obtain a CPI thin film. The light transmittance of the prepared high-temperature-resistant CPI film is larger than or equal to 90% when the thickness thereof is 75 microns, and the cold-hot shrinkage ratio thereof at 270ºC is smaller than or equal to 0.20%.
