Abstract:
A high temperature resistant LED light source, comprising silver paste wirings (4) and wafers (2); the silver paste wirings (4) are fixed on a bracket (1) using high temperature; the wafers (2) are fixed on the surface of the silver paste wiring (4) facing towards the bracket; the wafers (2) are connected with each other by means of gold wires (3); the front side of the bracket (1) is sealed by means of a front side adhesive (5) at a high temperature, and the back side of the bracket (1) is sealed by means of a back side adhesive (6) at a high temperature; the wafers (2) are set into several groups, wafers (2) between adjacent groups are alternately provided, and the wafers (2) in each group are provided at equal distances; the silver paste wiring (4) is composed of a connecting circuit sheet and a circuit bar, the connecting circuit sheet being provided at an end of the bracket (1), the end of the connecting circuit sheet away from the bracket (1) is connected to the circuit bar; the connecting gold wires (3) between the wafers (2) is obliquely connected. One end of the bracket (1) protrudes from the sealing adhesive, and the other end is flush with the sealing adhesive. One side of the wafer (2) is fixed on the bracket (1), and the other side is fixed by means of the sealing adhesive. The high temperature resistant LED light source has low power and high luminance, and can emit light at 360 degrees.
