Abstract:
A high temperature-resistant macromolecule cable material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of fibreglass, 5-20 parts of polyimide fibre, 10-60 parts of polypropylene, 12-35 parts of hydrogenated butyronitrile rubber, 2-15 parts of pentaerythritol tetrakis mercaptoacetate, 3-12 parts of A-151 silane coupling agent, 4-12 parts of magnesium hydroxide crystal whisker, 2-10 parts of barium sulphate, 2-8 parts of thiodipropionate dilaurate, and 5-15 parts of 1010 antioxidant. Using fibreglass enables the macromolecule cable material to have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good insulating properties, and using the 1010 antioxidant can delay the ageing of the polypropylene, so that the macromolecule cable material has anti-ageing properties.
