Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant silicon dioxide grafted tertiary amine nanoparticle plugging agent and a water-based drilling fluid, in the technical field of oil and gas field drilling. The high-temperature-resistant silicon dioxide grafted tertiary amine nanoparticle plugging agent has a hydrazine compound containing a hydroxyl group, a diallyl compound, an enamine compound and a silane coupling agent containing an amino group as raw materials, and is synthesized by means of modifying silicon dioxide through a step-by-step synthesis method. The high-temperature-resistant silicon dioxide grafted tertiary amine nanoparticle plugging agent of the present invention has a particle size between 58-280 nm, and plugging performance is significantly improved compared with similar plugging agents. In addition to the plugging performance of the plugging agent, multiple tertiary amine branches on the outside of the plugging agent have strong adsorption performance and inhibition performance. The present plugging agent is resistant to high temperatures and can be used in deep wells and ultra-deep wells. The plugging agent also has advantages such as easy availability of raw materials and low price, and the provided synthesis method is stable, reliable, simple and fast, and suitable for industrial production.
