Title:
HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTING WIRE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/043833
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stacking structure of a superconducting wire. The present invention provides a superconducting wire in which a metal substrate, a buffer layer, a superconducting layer, and a stabilization layer are stacked, the superconducting wire comprising a plurality of wedges connecting the stabilization layer and the metal substrate by penetrating through the superconducting layer and the buffer layer. According to the present invention, a superconducting wire, of which resistance to deterioration or delamination is high by improving a mechanical strength of the superconducting wire, can be provided. In addition, the present invention can provide a superconducting wire self-protectable against a quench phenomenon. Furthermore, a superconducting wire suitable for a high magnetic field application can be provided.
