Abstract:
A high-throughput preparation method and apparatus for a cement-based material using graded metering. The method comprises: performing graded weighing on raw materials of structural units in a cement-based material; presetting n side-by-side columns of metering groups, so as form a one-main multi-auxiliary weighing sequence, wherein each column of metering groups comprises n metering devices, where n≥1, and n is an integer; when a first-grade metering group in each column performs weighing, obtaining a1, …, a1n, performing next-grade weighing according to the obtained mass and the mass required by a ratio, and a second-grade metering group in each column obtaining a2, …, a2n; and repeating the above steps until a weighing result of an+1 collected at the bottom of a first column meets the design ratio of the composition of the cement-based material. The accurate weighing of a basic element of a structural unit during a high-throughput preparation process is realized by means of graded metering, thereby reducing test errors; and the accurate weighing and an automatic operation for the high-throughput preparation of a cement-based material are realized, thereby further reducing the human and resource costs for material research and development.
