Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of relays, and specifically discloses a high-voltage direct-current relay having a reliable sealing structure, comprising a housing of which the top is separately provided, in a penetrating manner, with a line incoming static contact for inputting current from an external power supply apparatus and a line outgoing static contact for transmitting current to an external electrical device, and the bottom is provided with a magnetic conductive block; a push rod assembly, comprising an insulation plate received in an inner cavity of the housing and abutting against the magnetic conductive block, a push rod fixedly connected to the insulation plate, and a movable contact elastically connected to the push rod and moving relative to an inner wall of the housing in the height direction of the housing; and a sealing assembly, comprising a pre-fixing piece welded to the bottom of the magnetic conductive block, and a sealing tube covering the push rod and welded to the pre-fixing piece, a movable iron core being received in the sealing tube, and the push rod pushing the movable contact to move under the action of the movable iron core so as to connect and disconnect the line incoming static contact and the line outgoing static contact. In the relay, the pre-fixing piece is provided, such that the change of mechanical parameters in a sealed cavity of the relay after assembly can be avoided, and the consistency of products is improved.
