Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-voltage electrical pulse pre-treatment method for reinforcing galena crushing and sorting using a high-voltage electrical pulse apparatus. The method is carried out according to the following steps: (1) starting a water pump, such that water continuously enters the interior of a pulsating insulation barrel, and is discharged from a water outlet of a product collector; (2) conveying galena ore to a pulse insulation barrel through an ore feeding bin; and accumulating the galena ore on a screen, and bringing the top galena ore into contact with a high-voltage electrode; (3) turning on a power source to conduct discharging between the high-voltage electrode and a high-voltage negative electrode, such that the galena ore is crushed; (4) rotating an eccentric wheel, such that a pulsating cone-shaped body periodically moves up and down, and middle- and small-particle parts of the galena ore above the screen gradually move downwards; and (5) causing the galena ore, after crushing, to enter the product collector. The method of the present invention can increase the content of valuable minerals of the crushed product, increase the degree of mineral liberation of the crushed product, facilitate the reduction of energy consumption of subsequent processing procedures, and save enterprise costs.
