Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high voltage pulse generator and a pasteurization system using same and, more particularly, to an ultrasonic humidifier and a driving method thereof, wherein: a pasteurization system is applied to an ultrasonic humidifier to perform pasteurization, thereby eliminating risk of a safety accident caused by high temperature; and a sterilization environment effective and harmless to a human body is provided to achieve excellent cost-effectiveness and a safe indoor humidity. An ultrasonic humidifier according to the present invention comprises: a housing; a water tank receiving water and located in the housing; a pasteurization system for pasteurizing water introduced to a pulsed electric field (PEF) chamber from the water tank by using a high voltage PEF; and an ultrasonic oscillator module having an ultrasonic oscillator and making the water, which has been pasteurized while passing through the PEF chamber, into fine particles by an ultrasonic oscillation method, and then spraying mist to the outside of the housing.
