Abstract:
A high-voltage sealed dry-type transformer, comprising a core, a three-phase low-voltage coil, a three-phase high-voltage coil, and an internal connection cable. The high-voltage sealed dry-type transformer further comprises a T-shaped plug-in head, a prefabricated cable terminal head, a sealed insulating cap, and a sealed insulating plug, wherein internal terminals of the three-phase high-voltage coil are connected to the internal connection cable by means of the T-shaped plug-in head; a voltage regulating terminal of the three-phase high-voltage coil that is not involved in voltage regulation is sealed by the sealed insulating cap; an incoming terminal of the three-phase high-voltage coil is connected to a high-voltage cable by means of the T-shaped plug-in head and the prefabricated cable terminal head; the internal connection cable is a cable without an external shielding layer; the sealed insulating cap is a sealed insulating cap without an external shielding layer; several umbrella skirts are arranged on the prefabricated cable terminal head in a length direction; and the T-shaped plug-in head is a T-shaped plug-in head without an external shielding layer. The transformer provided by the present application can reduce an insulation gap and a creepage distance, increase an external insulation level, and can be applied to voltage grades of 35 kV or more.
