Abstract:
The present invention provides a high wear-resistant tire tread rubber and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of tires. The high wear-resistant tire tread rubber comprises the following preparation raw materials: 30-60 parts of modified high trans-1,4-polyisoprene of which the trans structure content is greater than or equal to 98%, 20-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 15-40 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 10-20 parts of liquid rubber, 2-4 parts of sulfur, 1-2 parts of vulcanizing accelerator, 2-4 parts of peroxide crosslinking agent, 2-6 parts of phenolic reinforcing resin, 10-15 parts of high-abrasion furnace black, 2-6 parts of white carbon black, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 3-7 parts of silane coupling agent, and 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the tire tread rubber of the present invention has excellent wear resistance and good resilience.
