Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for converting waste plastic pyrolysis oil into light olefins with a high yield, the method including: a first step of feeding waste plastic pyrolysis oil into a reactor; a second step of reacting the waste plastic pyrolysis oil in the reactor in the presence of a catalytic cracking catalyst containing phosphorus (P) and zeolite; and a third step of recovering light olefins by separating a product produced in the second step into a catalyst and oil, wherein the zeolite satisfies a Si/Al molar ratio of 50 to 1,000.
