Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a novel vascular leakage blocker at a high yield. The method is easy in terms of reaction process, and uses an intermediate that allows easy removal of impurities produced during reaction, thus exhibiting higher productivity and being more economical than conventional methods. By using, in a step in which isomers are formed, a novel reagent that has never previously been used, the method can prepare a novel vascular leakage blocker at a high yield and also is very advantageous in producing high-quality raw drug substances.
