Abstract:
Disclosed is a higher fatty acid derivative marked with Technetium-99m, being a long chain fatty acid metabolism drug. The long chain fatty acid metabolism drug introduces sulfonyl and thiophen ring to long chain fatty acid to eventually decrease liposolubility of molecules, increase intake of the drug in the myocardium, and extend the retention time of the drug in the myocardium.
