Abstract:
A highly asymmetric spongy polysulfone porous membrane and a preparation method therefor. The polysulfone porous membrane comprises a pre-filtering region and a separation region, wherein one side of the pre-filtering region is a first outer surface, the average pore diameter of the first outer surface is 0.1-4 μm, and the first outer surface is a large-pore-diameter layer; and one side of the separation region is a second outer surface, the average pore diameter of the second outer surface is 0.03-1 μm, and the second outer surface is a small-pore-diameter layer. The whole cross section of the polysulfone porous membrane has a non-directional zigzag channel; the pore diameter changes in a continuous gradient from the first outer surface to the second outer surface and has an asymmetric factor of 1.5 to 15; and hydrophilic/catalytic active groups or molecules are distributed on the whole cross section and the outer surfaces. The polysulfone porous membrane is prepared by means of a nonsolvent-induced phase separation assisted reverse thermotropic phase separation method, and is integrally formed via a single membrane-casting solution; the preparation process thereof is simple and has low energy consumption; and the porous membrane has the characteristics of good hydrophilicity, high flux and dirt holding capacity, strong pollution resistance, high catalytic active substance recovery rate, etc.
