Abstract:
The areas which classified as Arid and semi-Arid Areas, According to the Geographical site of view, Warrant for an air cooling conditions, In this new intervention, The heat Exchanger and heat transfer is taken place to increase the cooling comparison with power consumption, The new intervention, The internal frame is divided to two chambers as the barrier in-between the chamber containing horizontal cooling pad that continuing watering by water pump where the water is penetrating the cooling pad and falling downwards to the lower chamber which is containing small turbo - fan the chasing the heat to outside that is shafting from hall made in the other side of the lower chamber and the air coming in will takes two direction one is to the upper chamber due to the power in the main fan that taken the cooling area inside doors, The other direction of airing passing is taken to the outside environment and by this way the cooling efficiency will be increases. Methodology: The new Intervention has been constructed and functioned under the normal elements, and different day and night times, The Data has been collected, sorted and analyzed by usingssps computer program. Results: The new intervention showed very high efficient in heat transferring and exchange in Evaporative Air - Condition which is permitted to new concepts that increases the Air cooling in the Air Conditions that working with water and carton cooling pads, which is cheaper in costs. Conclusion: The Goals of applying this idea is to upgrade the efficiency of the current system by establish and permit scientific researches in this field and to bring the current Conditioner to the informant of all ordinary ones. The challenges required to materializing the new ideas to permit a good basement for establishing a new knowledge, as the new interventionist succeeded to reach the coals of heat exchange in the evaporative air - conditioners, in the other way the power consumption is suitable in comparison with cooling efficiency and meets large cooling areas inside and outside large places

Previous Art

The previous Air - condition that using the Evaporative heat exchanger contains the following:

1- The air- condition contains one chamber whereby ail

devices and parts are installed inside thin the internal area, These parts are strong motor fan, that suck the air from outside to inside through the vertical cooling pad,

At the bottom of the chamber there is small water reservoir, a small water pump is installed inside the water tank, and the water pump is used to lifting the water upwards through hose to the water distributer which used to distribute water to wet the cooling pad.

2- The water level is controlled by a float installed at the

point of entrance water which supplies the air condition with water.

3- The Air - condition contains a vertical cooling pad, The water distributer is used to watering and wet the cooling pad, while the extra water is dropped downwards to the water tank and after the wetting of the cooling pad. This cycle continues throughout the air - condition operation.

4- The cooling pad may be installed at one side of the air - condition frame opposite to the main fan, or numbers of cooling pads can be installed at the three sides of the AC sides.

5- The Cooling pad or pads are located and installed

vertically, The main fan is sucking the air from

surrounding area to indoor through the wet cooling pad, whereby the water evaporation is taking place air conditioning is achieved.

6- This Type of the air- condition can be constructed in all sizes that suit the deferent areas, as well as it can constructed of deferent materials such as iron, plastic or fiber glass.

7- This type of air condition can be used in closed areas as indoors, semi closed areas or open areas as outdoors.

functioning and heat exchange value gained by the invention in evaporation cooling.

Description:
Description

This air - condition has been designed In a way where thermal exchange is archives ; heat in the external

surrounding area done with and hence the efficiency of the air - conditioner is increased. To achieve this, the internal frame is divided into two chambers.

The description of the process includes the following:

1 - The internal area of the air conditioners frame contains two chambers : an upper chamber and lower chamber contains two basic elements: a fan and motor. The fan is installed horizontally whereby it sucks air upwards with the air passing through a holed partition which is also

installed horizontally. The partition also contains a heat exchange medium ; namely a cardboard which is also specially designed for air - conditioners. The cardboard is fixed horizontally a above the holed practitioner.

2 - The lower chamber contains a water tank with level controlled through a float installed at the point of

entrance of water supplies the air conditioner with water. 3 - The lower chamber contains a motor and small water pump with water b hose connected to it at the end of which a horizontal water distributer with water distributor is installed to which horizontal water distributor is fixed and which contains many horizontal lines. The distributor i9s fixed on the top of the cooling cardboard and bellow the main fan as shown in the attached drawing.

4 - The longitudinal chamber contains horizontal

longitudinal openings on top of water surface for providing sucked air which is sucked by the main fan from below upwards the external part to the internal part of the device.

5 - This air conditioner has been designed for achieving utmost benefit from internal area available. Manufacturing costs.

6 - A small motor operated fan may be installed in the lower chamber above water level at lower tank for providing positive pressure to upgrade the efficiency of thermal heat exchange between the interna! surface and external space.

7 - The Thermal exchange Material ( cartoon of the cooling pad ) fixed horizontally may be moistened by the water horizontal distributer.

8 - Water begins to drop after the ( cooling pad ) becomes wet vertically from top downwards to the water tank where the water pump push upwards and so on. The cycle continued throughout the air conditioner.

9 - A solar energy panel may be installed on the external structure and on the top of the tilting surface for

transferring solar energy falling on it electrical energy to be stored by battery placed in the internal area.

10 - Internally and the upper part, the frame contains a solar energy battery. Electronic devices are installed for transferring a solar energy current to AC and DC. 11 - The frame can be strengthen by iron or other material angles for fixing the solar energy panel and equipment, The frame can be support the weight of the air conditioner and the additional weight resulting from battery and others.

12 - This air conditioner can be manufacturing in all standard as well as large sizes which suit closed areas , such as rooms, halls. It can be also suit semi- open areas, such as event tents or open areas.

13 - Larger Unit that suit poultry dens or green houses in plastic agriculture can be manufactured. Negative suction of air can take place through separate fans and in this case, fans inside the frame can be replaces by one or two external fans to be fixed on the side facing the air - condition. This manifested in plastic green houses in protecting agriculture.

14 - This type of this air - condition is designed also to placed inside closed rooms as in
