Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a reaction tank capable of minimizing a delay time required for stirring, into an evenly mixed state, organic sludge with an additive for rapidly and efficiently reducing moisture contained in the organic sludge so as to increase the drying and heating output of the organic sludge, and a drying system using the same. To this end, the present invention discloses a high-speed organic sludge drying system comprising: a sludge storage tank for storing and supplying dewatered sludge; an additive storage tank for storing and supplying additives for increasing heating output; a mixer for mixing the dewatered sludge and the additive conveyed from the sludge storage tank and the additive storage tank, respectively; and a reaction tank for stirring the mixture conveyed from the mixer for a predetermined time while blowing hot air, drying, and then discharging the same.
