Abstract:
The present invention relates to highly functional composite nanoparticles including a support body formed of nanoparticles and first phase nanoparticles which are condensed on the surfaces of the support body particles after being vaporized through a physical vapor deposition process, and to a method for producing same. According to the present invention, a physical vapor deposition process is used instead of a wet process so as to produce eco-friendly composite nanoparticles that do not emit hazardous chemicals while having high economic feasibility and process reproducibility.
