Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable sleep circuit based on frequency control. The highly reliable sleep circuit comprises a bootstrap circuit and an isolation optocoupler driving circuit, and is mainly composed of devices such as a resistor, a capacitor, a diode and an isolation optocoupler. Frequency signal control is used, the circuit is safe and reliable, the circuit does not mistakenly enter a sleep mode when a failure occurs in any single electronic device in the circuit, and the circuit has wide application prospects.
