Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having a high strength, excellent
magnetic properties and excellent productivity. The steel sheet comprises
0.010% by mass or less of C and 0.010% by mass or less of N, provided that C + N ≤
0.010% by mass, and also comprises 1.5 to 5.0% by mass of Si and 0.8% by mass or less
of Ti or a mixture of Ti and V, provided that (Ti + V)/(C + N) ≥ 16. The steel
sheet may also have a content of a non-recrystallized recovery structure of 50%
or more.
