Abstract:
The present invention discloses a hinge assembly for detachably mounting a panel to a mount comprises a first engaging member fixedly attached to the panel having a longitudinally extending hinge pin, a second engaging member fastened to the panel and having a bracket, a latch rod slidably mounted through the bracket, the bracket having two wings perpendicular to said panel and the two wings having their respective slots to slidably hold said latch rod, and a spring circumferentially surrounds on a portion of the latch rod and has its ends abutting the bracket wings, a first receiving member fixed to the mount having a hinge socket that receives the hinge pin of the first engaging member vertically and a slot receiving the latch rod of the second engaging member horizontally.
