Abstract:
A hinge mechanism and a portable terminal, where two shafts can be stably rotationally associated with each other. The hinge mechanism is constructed such that two rotating bodies supported with their rotation axes aligned parallel to each other are connected with a link arm operatively associating the rotating bodies and that the link arm passes between the rotation axes.
