Disclosed in the present application are a hinge and a refrigeration apparatus. The hinge comprises: a hinge shaft which is arranged vertically, wherein a first hinge seat comprises a first mounting plate and a first sleeve, with the first sleeve being rotatably connected to the hinge shaft so as to enable the first sleeve to rotate around the hinge shaft, and the lower end of the first sleeve being provided with a first slope which is inclined downwards; and a second hinge seat is located below the first hinge seat and comprises a second mounting plate and a second sleeve, with the second sleeve being fixed on the hinge shaft, the upper end of the second sleeve being provided with a second slope which is inclined upwards, and the first slope abutting against and matching the second slope so as to make the first sleeve move from a first position to a second position in the direction away from the second sleeve or move from the second position to the first position in the direction close to the second sleeve when rotating around the hinge shaft.
