Abstract:
Provided is a holder that holds a plurality of filtration membrane units, in a manner arranged in the thickness direction of each filtration membrane, by means of a water collection cassette 41 holding each of the ends on one side in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of filtration membrane units and a blind cassette holding each of the ends on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the filtration membrane units, wherein among regions surrounded by the outer edge of the cross section of the water collection cassette 41 along a direction orthogonal to the facing direction of the water collection cassette 41 and the plurality of filtration membrane units held in the water collection cassette, in a region facing the plurality of filtration membrane units along the facing direction, a plurality of through openings (101 to 112) are arranged to penetrate the water collection cassette 41 along the facing direction.
