Abstract:
Holder for planar materials with inhibition against its disassembling comprising of the body, insertion and inhibition, whereby the holder body (1) consists of the front surface (8), rear surface (9) and joint surface (7) and is an oblong U-shaped profile, whereby the front surface (8) is made as the bend (5) directed into holder body (1), whereby on joint surface (7) of the holder body (1) at least one plug-in hole (6) for placing at least one safety plug (13) of the insertion is made, whereby in central surface part (12) of the insertion the stop element (11) is located and at upper part on insertion surface (12) is the stop bend (10), whereby in space between front body surface (8) and insertion surface (12) at engaged position of the insertion (2) the inside inhibition element (17) is located and from opposite direction the sliding element (18) of the inhibition is bridged over with the joint element (19) of the inhibition. Into hole (18a) on sliding element and concurrently into hole (17a) on inside element and concurrently also into hole (19c) on first side and into hole (19d) on other side of the joint element the safety element (20) is inserted.

Claims:
PATENT CLAIMS
1. Holder for planar materials with inhibition comprising of the body, insertion, pressure elements and inhibition, characterised in that the holder body (1) comprises of the front surface (8), rear surface (9). and joint surface (7) and it is made as oblong U shaped profile, whereby the front surface (8) has at upper part the bend (5) directed into the holder body (1), whereby at joint surface (7) on holder body (1) at least one sliding hole (6) is made for the positioning at least one safety plug (13) of the insertion, whereby at middle part on surface (12) of the insertion the stop element (11) is formed and at upper surface part (12) on insertion the stop bend (10) is made, whereby in space between front surface (8) on body and surface (12) of the insertion at engaged position of the insertion (2) the inside element (17) of the inhibition is located and behind it is located the sliding element (18) of the inhibition, whereby on inside element (17) of the inhibition at least one hole (17a) on inside element is made and on sliding element (18) of the inhibition at leat one hole (18a) on sliding element is made.
2. Holder for plane materials with inhibition according to claim 1, characterised in that the inside element (17) of the inhibition is Lshaped.
3. Holder for plane materials with inhibition according to claim 1, characterised in that the inside element (17) of the inhibition is made on the front surface edge (8) on body.
4. Holder for plane materials with inhibition according to claims 1 or 2 or 3, characterised in that the inside element (17) of the inhibition and the sliding element (18) of the inhibition are bridged over with the joint element (19) of the inhibition.
5. Holder for planar material with inhibition according to claims 1 and 4, characterised in that the joint element (19) of the inhibition is Ushaped, whereby its first side (19a) is shorter then the other side (19b) and on first side (19a) at least one hole (19c) of the first side and on other side at least one hole (19b) of the other side is made.
6. Holder for planar materials with inhibition according to claim 1, characterised in that into hole (18a) of the sliding element and concurrently also into hole (17a) of the inside element the safety element (20) is inserted.
7. Holder for planar material with inhibition according to claims 1 or 4 and 5, characterised in that into hole (18a) on sliding element and concurrently into hole (17a) on inside element and concurrently also into hole (19c) on first side and into hole (19d) on other side of the joint element the safety element (20) is inserted.
8. Holder for planar materials with inhibition according to claims 1 through 7, characterised in that the safety element (20) is a padlock.
9. Holder for planar materials with inhibition according to claims 1 through 7, characterised in that the safety element (20) is a rivet.
10. Holder for planar materials with inhibition according to claim 1, characterised in that the sliding element (18) of the inhibition is Ushaped, its front surface (181) is L shaped and on shorter surface (182) at least one hole (18a) is made, whereby at upper part on rear surface (183) is the bend (184) directed to front surface (181) and at lower part of the rear surface (183) the longitudinal cutout (185) is made.
11. Holder for planar material with inhibition according to claims 1 through 7 characterised in that the sliding element (18) of the inhibition is Ushaped, its front surface (181) is Lshaped and on shorter surface (182) at least one hole (18a) is made, whereby at upper part of the rear surface (183) is the bend (184) directed to front surface (181) and at lower part of the rear surface (183) is the counterbend (184a) directed to front surface (181), whereby between bend (184) and counterbend (184a) is the longitudinal cutout (185).
12. The assembling process of the holder for planar materials with inhibition according to claims 1,2, 4 through 11, characterised in that on planar material (14) at least onne holder is located so that the planar material is inserted into space created by rear surface (9) of the body and surface (12) of the insertion, then the holder body (1) with the inserted planar material (14) and with the insertion (2) in upper part is inserted into bearing base (15) and afterwards into hole (16) of the bearing base the safety plug (13) of the insertion is engaged and then near to front surface (8) on body the inside element (17) of the inhibition is inserted and from other side the sliding element (18) of the inhibition is inserted, then the inside element (17) of the inhibition and the sliding element (18) of the inhibition is bridged over with the joint element (19) of the inhibition and into hole (19c) at first side of the joint element and into hole (18a) of the sliding element and into hole (17a) on inside element and into hole (19d) on other side of the joint element at least one safety element (20) is inserted.
Description:
Holder for planar materials with inhibition and its assembling process Technical field The invention refers to holder for all kinds of planar materials without damaging or destruction of the surface on fastened planar material at mounting, with inhibition against unwanted disassembling of the holder and fastened planar material as well as to the fixation technique of the planar material and assembling process of the holder and inhibition and to their securing.

Till now known state of the technique Till now are known holders, catchs or grips for planar materials where the planar material is inserted or plugged into a groove where it is loosely placed mainly along the plane material, where it can be removed only subject to necessary disassembling of the whole supporting structure. Further solutions for gripping of planar materials are realized as oblong setting bars. Also various sectional catchs are known, e. g. AO 246067 and 264408, but their disadvantage is that the planar material cannot be removed from the catch without damage and especially without disassembling.

Further attaching methods for plane materials are known using as fastening elements e. g. nails, screws, see e. g. AO 260677, glues and the like, by means of these the planar material is firmly, oftentimes steady jointed with the bearing base (frame). These fastening elements mostly interfere with the planar material or damage the planar material using gluing or welding to the bearing base. Also various clamping catchs are known described e. g. in AO 245 952, as well as various jointing elements for assembling of shelfs, furniture parts, e. g. the Czechoslovak patent 244927, AO 237852, 251103, 251104,248101, 244443, as well as the catch described in AO 242459.

Each of above catchs are thoroughly different constructed as displaced solution. None of the mentioned solutions enable to insert the steady material into the structure without its damaging and without damaging of the inserted material.

The further known solution of the catch for planar materials according to the SK patent 282 503 and EP patent 1 076 746 B1 is disadvantageous because it does not make

possible the protection against unauthorized disassembling of the planar catch as well as the protection against its removal, eventually againts abalienatio.

According to the presented invention it is possible to insert the planar material included with the holder into the space limited from all sides, without its damaging and at the same time by means of the inhibition a disassembling of the holder and of the planar material is disabled, never a one from up to now solutions enables such possibility.

Substance of the invention The subject-matter of the invention, which eliminates the above limitations is the constructional solution of the holder for planar materials with an inhibition against its disassembling as well as against the disassembling of the planar material and also the assembling technique, assembling technique of the inhibition and of the safeguard element. The subject-matter of the holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention is that it consists of the holder body, front surface, rear surface and joint surface, the holder body is a longitudinal shaped U-profile, whereby the front surface at upper part is bent in direction into the holder body, whereby on joint surface of the holder body at least one plug-in hole is made for at least one safety plug of the insertion, whereby at middle distance of the insertion surface the stop element is made and at upper part of the insertion surface the stop bend is made, whereby in area between the body surface and insertion surface at inserted position the inside element of the inhibition is located and from the opposite direction the sliding element of the inhibition is located, whereby on inside element of the inhibition element at least one hole of the inside element can be made and on sliding element of the inhibition at least one hole of the sliding element can be made. Alternatively the inside element of the inhibition is formed on the edge of the body front surface and then the sliding element is inserted at need from left or right holder body side.

The insertion of the holder is equipped with a bend and below it the limiting plug is made. The bend and the limiting plug are directed in equal direction. The function of the limiting plug is to protect the insertion against release and at the same time to interlock it against disengaging by sliding element of the inhibition. The holder body is U-shaped, whereby the front surface is shorter, it is equipped with a bent directed to rear surface of the holder body. The holder body has on joint surface one or several holes for the safety

plug of the insertion. On front surface of the holder body are one or several holes for positioning of one or several pressure elements.

On planar material at least one holder is positioned in that manner that the planar material is placed into the compartment defined by rear surface of the body and surface of the insertion, then the holder body with the inserted planar material and with the insertion in upper position is inserted into the bearing base and then at least into one hole of the bearing base the safety plug of the insertion is shifted and then the at front surface the inside element of the inhibition is inserted and from the other side the sliding element of the inhibition is inserted, then the inside element of the inhibition and the sliding element of the inhibition are bridged over with the joint element of the inhibition. Further into hole on first side of the joint element and into hole on inside element and into hole on other side of the joint element the safety element is inserted.

The inside element and the sliding element of the inhibition can be embedded from the left side or from the right side of the holder body. The sliding element of the inhibition is made as single-sided or double sided element.

The holder with the planar material has after assembling into bearing base at least one safety plug inserted through at least one hole on holder body into at least one hole on bearing base. At least with one pressure element placed in hole for pressure element it is possible to fasten the planar material placed between the insertion surface of the holder and the surface of the holder body. Before assembling the limiting plug of the holder's insertion is in upper position where it touchs the inner side of the bend on holder body.

As it was mentioned the holder body on its one side is equipped with a bend which limits the movement of the insertion on holder against entire falling out from holder body and at the same time the holder body is equipped at least with one or several holes into which the safety plug of the holder's insertion is inserted. The holder's insertion can be equipped with one or several safety plugs. Inserting the safety plug of the holder's insertion through the hole on holder body for the safety plug into the bearing base and after inserting the inside element of the inhibition and inserting the pressure element, eventually several pressure elements the fixation of the planar material in holder and in bearing base is achieved. Then the sliding element is inserted into holder body. The inner element and the sliding element of the inhibition is bridged over with the joint element and into holes on joint element, sliding element and inside element at

least one safety element is inserted. In case that the inside element is made on edge of the front surface the sliding element is inserted from right or left side of the body or from the side where the inside element is formed.

The disassembling of the holder for planar materials withot their damaging and without frame disassembling is made with opposed working process as at assembling, the single elements are disassembled step by step, the safety element, the joint element, the sliding element, the pressure element if any and the inside element, then the safety plug is disengaged disengaging the holder's insertion into the upper position and the holder with the planar material can be removed from the frame.

Survey of figures on drawings The invention is specified by figures on drawings, the Fig. 1 plots the holder body for planar materials. The Fig. 2 plots the insertion and Fig. 3 the holder body with the hole for the pressure element with made inside element on front surface edge of the holder body and with inserted insertion. The Fig. 4 plots the L-shaped inside element and the Fig a the inside element with a hole for the pressure element. The Fig. 5 plots the one- sided sliding element and the Fig 6, the double sided sliding element. The Fig. 7 plots the one-sided sliding element with covering front surface and the Fig. 8 plots the double sided sliding element with covering front surface. The Fig. 9 plots the joint element of the inhibition from the shorter surface side and the Fig. 9a plots the joint element of the inhibition from the longer surface side. The Fig. 10 plots the holder with insertion with inserted inside element and the Fig. 11 plots the holder with insertion also with the sliding element with covering surface and the Fig. 12 including the joint element. the assembling process of the inhibition into holder for planar materials with the inside element made on edge of the body's front surface and the Fig 21 plots the assembling process of the inhibition into holder for planar materials with an extern inside element.

Examples for realization of the invention Example 1 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention plotted as concrete example in figures 1, 2, 3, 10 and 11 comprises of the U-profile shaped holder body 1 created by front surface 8, which in upper part has the bend 5 directed into the holder body 1, rear surface 9 and joint surface 7 where at least one plug-in opening 6 is made for at least one safety plug 13 of the insertion, which has in middle part at surface 12 on insertion the stop element 11 and in upper part at surface 12 on insertion the stop bend 10 is made, whereby in the space between surface 8 on body and surface 12 on insertion at engaged position of the insertion 2 is located the inside element 17 of the L- shaped inhibition and from opposite direction the sliding element 18 of the inhibition is located, whereby on inside element 17 of the inhibition at least one hole 17a on inside element and on sliding element 18 of the inhibition at least one hole 18a on sliding element is made.

Example 2 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention plotted as concrete example in figure 12 comprises of the holder body 1, insertion 2 as in example No. 1, whereby in space between the front surface 8 of the body and surface 12 of the insertion at engaged position of the insertion 2 the inside element 17 of the inhobition is located and from opposite direction the sliding element 18 of the inhibition is located, whereby on inside element 17 of the inhibition at least one hole 17a of the inside element is made and on sliding element 18 of the inhibition at least one hole 18a of the sliding element is made and the inside element 17 of the inhibition and the sliding element 18 of the inhibition are bridged over with the joint element 19 of the inhibition, which is U-shaped, whereby its first side 19a is shorter then the other side 19b and on

first side 19a at least one hole of the first side 19c is made and on other side at least one hole 19d of the other side is made.

Example 3 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention plotted as concrete example in figure 13 comprises of the oblong U-shaped profile holder body 1 on which the inside element 17 of the inhibition is made on edge on front surface 8 of the body and of joint surface 7 and in space between the front surface 8 of the body and surface 12 of the insertion at engaged position 2 the sliding element 18 of the inhibition is located, whereby on inside element 17 at least one hole 17a of the inside element is made and on sliding element 18 of the inhibition at least one hole 18a of the sliding element is made.

Example 4 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention as concrete example plotted in figure 14 comprises of oblong shaped U-profile holder body 1 with front surface as in example No. 1, at which the inside element 17 of the inhibition is on edge of the front surface 8 on body and of joint surface 7 and in space between the front surface 8 and surface 12 of the insertion at engaged position of the insertion 2 from the opposite direction the sliding element 18 of the inhibition is located with front surface 181, whereby on inside element 17 of the inhibition at least one hole 17a of the inside element is made and on sliding element 18 of the inhibition at least one hole 18a of the sliding element is made.

Example 5 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention as concrete example plotted in figure 15 comprises of oblong shaped U-profile holder body 1 created by front surface 8 on which the inside element 17 of the inhibition is made on front surface 8 of the body and of joint surface 7 and in space between front surface 8 of the body and surface 12 of the insertion at engaged position of the insertion 2 is from opposite side located the sliding element 18 of the inhibition with covering front surface

181, whereby on inside element 17 of the inhibition at least one hole 17a of the inside element is made and on sliding element 18 of the inhibition at least one hole 18a of the sliding element is made and the inside element 17 of the inhibition and the sliding element 18 of the inhibition are bridged over with the joint element 19 of the inhibition, which is U-shaped, whereby its first side 19a is shorter then the other side 19b and on first side 19a at least one hole 19c of the first side is made and on the other side at least one hole 19d of the other side is made.

Example 6 Holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention according to examples No. 1,3 or 4 where in hole 18a of the sliding element and concurrently also in hole 17a of the inside element the safety element 20 is inserted.

Example 7 The holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention as concrete example plotted in figures No. 16 and 17 according to examples No. 2 or 5 has in hole 18a on sliding element and concurrently also in hole 17a on inside element and in holes 19c and 19d onjoint element the safety element 20.

Example 8 The assembling technique and manipulation using the holder for planar materials with inhibition according to the invention plotted in figures 12 and 16 according to examples No. 1, 2 and 5 is realized so that on planar material 14 at least one holder is located so that the planar material is inserted into the space created by rear surface 9 of the body and surface 12 of the insertion, afterwards the holder body 1 with the inserted planar material 14 and insertion 2 in upper position is inserted into bearing base 15 and afterwards into the hole 16 of the bearing base the safety plug 13 is engaged and then near to front surface 8 the inside element 17 of the inhibition is inserted and from the other side the sliding element 18 of the inhibition is inserted, afterwards the inside element 17 of the inhibition and the sliding element 18 of the inhibition are bridged over with the joint element 19 of the inhibition and into hole 19c on first side 19a of the joint

element and into hole 18a on sliding element and into hole 17a on inside element and into hole 19d on other side 19b of the joint element at least one safety element 20 is inserted.

Industrial utilizability The holder for planar materials can be well applied in piece production, serial production and also in computer-integrated manufacture and it is utilizable all over where it is necessary or desirable to grip arbitrary planar materials e. g. glass, plastics, wood, metal also solid materials and perforated materials (sieves, grids, gratings, structured materials and alikes) and to prevent the disassembling of the holder for planar material.

The utilization of the holder is very various e. g. creation of removable surfaces, e. g. panels for show stands, panels for furniture, horizontal surfaces for furniture, removable surfaces, doors, walls, glazed panels, separation surfaces, light and movable party walls, planar inhibitions, e. g. against insects, gnawers and alike, insulating surfaces against wind, cold, sped rain, bullet-proof protecting surfaces, luminous and color filters, gratings, blanking or safeguarding surfaces on shutters, windows on mounted objects for ambulatory market, heat insulating surfaces, casing for heating elements, covering on horizontal structures, decorative surfaces, information carriers, stair rail filling systems, soffit panels, lamp-shades and shields, fillings for show stands, show panels, diagonal sunny screens, screening surfaces against sunlight or other radiation, advertising surfaces, light movable roofs, shield for emergency lighting, rotary sun- blind winging window surfaces and variety of other utilizations. The mentioned utilizations by no means limit the possibilities for further application of the invention.
