The clamp section provided in the present invention has a maximum inside diameter which is approximately the same size as the diameter of the small-diameter hood support rod, and which is in a perpendicular direction, orthogonal to the clamp center line which passes through the center of the clamp and extends in the direction of rod insertion. The internal circumference surface of the clamp section is formed by an arc which: has as centers two center points which are set on the perpendicular line, so as to be symmetrical in relation to the clamp center line; passes through the end of the maximum inside diameter of the clamp section; and has a radius which is approximately the same size as the radius of the large-diameter hood support rod. The base section is formed closely around the external circumference of the clamp section. One end of the circumference direction of the base section is set to be positioned near the edge of the opening on the side of one end of the rod insertion slot. The other end of the circumference direction of the base section is set to be positioned between: the point where a straight line parallel to the clamp center line that passes through the center point on the side of one end of the rod insertion slot, intersects with the clamp section; and the point where the perpendicular line intersects with the clamp section.
