A holding frame 30 holds a polygonal solar cell panel 20 having a light receiving surface 20a. The holding frame 30 is provided with a lower side section 31 provided on the reverse surface 20b side at a distance from the reverse surface 20b, the reverse surface 20b being the surface on the reverse side of the light receiving surface 20a; a rising side section 32 rising from the lower side section 31; and a holding section 33 formed at the end of the rising side section 32, which faces the solar cell panel 20, and holding one side of the solar cell panel 20. The holding section 33 has: an inwardly protruding upper side section 33a protruding inwardly from the end; an outwardly protruding upper side section 33b protruding outwardly from the end; an upwardly extending section 33c extending upwardly from the outside of the outwardly protruding upper side section 33b; and a gripping section 33d extending inwardly from the upwardly extending section 33c and gripping the solar cell panel 20 between the gripping section 33d and the outwardly protruding upper side section 33b. The lower side section 31 has: an inwardly protruding lower side section 31a protruding further inward than the rising side section 32; and an outwardly protruding lower side section 31b which protrudes outwardly.
