Abstract:
A hole creation apparatus (1, 10), the atrial septum hole creation apparatus (1, 10) comprising a hole creation main body (11, 14), the hole creation main body (11, 14) comprising a radially expandable/contractible balloon (111), where a hole creation portion (112, 141) used for performing cutting and ablation on tissue is provided on the periphery of the balloon (111); or the hole creation main body (11, 14) is a radially expandable/contractible stent body, the hole creation portion (112, 141) is located at the periphery of the stent, and the hole creation portion (112, 141) comprises a cutting element (142) used for performing cutting on tissue. Further disclosed is a hole creation system (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), which comprises a catheter (21, 31, 41, 51, 61) and the hole creation apparatus (1, 10), the hole creation main body (11, 14) of the hole creation apparatus (1, 10) is arranged in the catheter (21, 31, 41, 51, 61) when in a contracted state, and the hole creation apparatus (1, 10) is transported to a predetermined location by means of the catheter (21, 31, 41, 51, 61).
