Abstract:
A hole pressing mechanism for use in an automobile part, mainly comprising a supporting frame. A hydraulic rod is provided in the top of the supporting frame; a bracket and a punching platform are arranged on the supporting frame; a first ratchet is provided at the bottom of the bracket; a second ratchet is provided at the top of the punching platform; screw rods used for driving the first ratchet and the second ratchet to simultaneously rotate are arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the supporting frame; round holes are uniformly formed on the first ratchet, and a punching head is provided at the bottom of each round hole; the punching head comprises a connection portion and a punching portion; a magnetic ring is provided in the connection portion; the punching head is attached to the bottom of the round hole by means of the magnetic ring; a clamping groove matched with the bottom of the hydraulic rod is formed in the connection portion; the punching head is engaged with the hydraulic rod by means of the clamping groove; and a through hole having the same diameter as the punching head is formed on the second ratchet. The hole pressing mechanism is simple in structure and safe in use, can meet the hole pressing requirements of different diameters, is convenient to replace the punching head, and reduces the missing of the punching head, and thus improves the operating efficiency.
