Abstract:
A hole sealing quality measurement device for gas extraction drilling, comprising a measurement main machine (1), a measurement pipe (2), a sealing member (5) and a tee joint (4), wherein a plurality of gas inlets (104) and a plurality of exhaust ports (103) are provided in an upper portion of the measurement main machine (1); a negative pressure ejector is provided inside the measurement main machine (1); the measurement main machine (1) is further provided with a quick joint (101) and a control switch (102); the quick joint (101) is configured to be connected to an underground air duct (11); the underground air duct (11) is then connected to an underground air compression pipe (12); the control switch (102) is used to activate and deactivate the negative pressure ejector inside the measurement main machine (1); and under the action of the negative pressure ejector, the gas inlets (104) and the exhaust ports (103) on the measurement main machine (1) operate simultaneously. The present application further provides a measurement device-based method for evaluating hole sealing quality for gas extraction drilling. By means of the measurement device and the evaluation method, the problem of a measurement result deviating from the actual conditions due to the changes of a gas concentration in a drilled hole caused by the time difference is effectively prevented, the operation is simple, the accuracy is high, and the hole sealing quality during gas extraction drilling can be quantitatively evaluated.
