Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel hole transport material which is dopant-free for the purpose of stability improvement and still enables a perovskite solar cell to achieve a sufficient photoelectric conversion efficiency and high durability in the absence of a dopant, said perovskite solar cell using a perovskite crystal of methylammonium lead iodide (NH3CH3PbI3) as a sunlight absorber, while using spiro-OMeTAD as a hole transport material. The present invention also provides a synthesis route through an octabromo-substituted product that is a precursor for efficiently synthesizing this hole transport material.
