Abstract:
The invention relates to the building industry and can be used for producing precast and reinforced concrete products by continuous forming. The inventive hollow-core building product is provided with symmetrical hinged grips made from horizontal reinforcing rods which are arranged in longitudinal voids of the product and with through gripping sockets which are formed on the top surface of the last void. The location of the symmetrical hinged grips is defined in relation to the geometrical dimensions of the product and the longitudinal voids thereof. The arrangement of the horizontal reinforcing rods is carried out during the extrusion of the product with the aid of a broaching bench. Templates provided with guiding channels for the movable horizontal reinforcing rods and contacting the longitudinal end surfaces of a concrete hollow-core block are used for the perforation thereof.
