Abstract:
Provided are a hollow fiber membrane module and a dehumidifier/humidifier that are capable of reducing pressure loss and improving dehumidification/humidification performance. The present invention is characterized in that: an outer peripheral surface of an inner case 120 is provided with an one-end-side outer peripheral surface 121 having a width which is in a direction perpendicular to the direction from an one-end side toward an other-end side and which is uniform from the one-end side toward the other-end side, and with an other-end-side outer peripheral surface 122 which is provided closer to the other-end side than is the one-end-side outer peripheral surface 121, and in which said width gradually increases from the one-end side toward the other-end side; the inner case 120 is provided with a hollow portion that is provided inside the other-end-side outer peripheral surface 122 and is open on the other-end side, and a plurality of windows 122a that connect the hollow portion and an annular gap; and an outer case 110 is provided with a connection hole 111a that connects the annular gap with the outside of the outer case 110, at a position closer to the one-end side.
