Abstract:
A hollow needle according to the present invention is cylindrical in shape and comprises: a needle body that has a shaft, a tip connected to the shaft, and an opening for drawing in or discharging a liquid, has formed therein a cavity which causes the shaft and the opening to communicate, and is made of an electroconductive material; and an annular insulating film, made of an electrically insulative material, that exposes the opening and at least a portion of the tip and covers at least a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the shaft.
