Abstract:
Provided are: hollow particles with which the low dielectricity of an electrical material, which is obtained from a resin composition containing the hollow particles, can be achieved; a production method therefor; and a use of said hollow particles. These hollow particles each have a layer composed of a silicone-based compound that contains: a total of 0.1-20 mol% of specified structural units having an amino group; and a total of 80-99.9 mol% of specified structural units not having an amino group.
