Abstract:
Provided are hollow particles having exceptional performance stability in a high-humidity environment and low relative permittivity. Hollow particles comprising a resin-containing shell and a hollow portion that is surrounded by the shell, wherein: the shell contains, as the resin, a polymer including 70-100 parts by mass of crosslinkable monomer units per 100 parts by mass of all monomer units; the porosity is 60% or greater; the surfactant content present on the hollow particle surface is 200 ppm or less; and the relative permittivity at a frequency of 1 MHz is 1.6 or less.
