Abstract:
Since a large number of wood beads processed from timbers are needed when making bead cushions or mattresses, in order to solve the existing problems in the beads of low processing efficiency, adverse effects on the natural environment, and the like, the present invention provides a hollow plastic bead, comprising, described with reference to the direction of the globe, a northern hemisphere shell and a south hemisphere shell. The northern hemisphere shell and the south hemisphere shell are formed by injection molding. The northern hemisphere shell and the south hemisphere shell are closed together to form a hollow plastic bead. An inner tube and an outer tube used for positioning are respectively provided in the northern hemisphere shell and the south hemisphere shell. The center line of the inner tube and the center line of the outer tube overlap the connecting lines between the south and north poles of the sphere. The inner tube is inserted and fixed in the outer tube so that the northern hemisphere shell and the south hemisphere shell are closed and fixed together. Due to the use of injection molding, the production efficiency can be effectively improved, and the existing technical problems can be effectively solved.
