Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing hollow spherical particles that have superior safety and can be produced more easily. This problem is solved by hollow spherical particles which are self-assembled bodies of a lignin-saccharide complex, wherein the lignin-saccharide complex has at least one type of bond selected from the group consisting of an α ether bond between a lignin and a polysaccharide, an α ester bond between a lignin and a polysaccharide, and a γ ester bond between a lignin and a polysaccharide.
