Abstract:
The present invention relates to a household appliance. A home appliance according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a case having a suctioning unit and a discharging unit; an electric dust collection unit disposed inside the case and configured to collect foreign substances in air sucked through the suctioning unit and composed of a plurality of dust collecting plates spaced apart from each other; and a blowing fan, installed inside the case, for blowing the air having passed through the electric dust collection unit to the discharging unit, wherein the dust collecting plate includes: a first electrode part having a plurality of first wire electrodes spaced apart from each other; a second electrode part having a plurality of second wire electrodes each being positioned between the plurality of first wire electrodes; and an insulating part covering the first electrode part and the second electrode part and electrically insulating one from another.
