Abstract:
A hook claw manufacturing material comprising a base body part (4) and a cylindrical wear-resistant ring (2), wherein the wear-resistant ring (2) is made of wear-resistant materials, the base body part (4) is of a cylindrical structure with a central hole provided in the center, and the wear-resistant ring (2) can be embedded into the central hole from the end of the base body part (4) and connected to the base body part (4) in a welded manner; and after welding is completed, the wear-resistant ring (2) serves as a base material for subsequently machining the tooth profile on a hook claw. By using the hook claw manufacturing material, intergranular corrosion tendency on a surfacing fusion line can be effectively controlled, such that the manufacturing quality of the hook claw is improved, and the manufacturing efficiency of the hook claw can also be improved. Further provided is a hook claw manufacturing method.
