Abstract:
A hook insertion device for processing a damage-free hanging hook. The device comprises a rotation assembly and a first driving assembly used to drive the rotation assembly to rotate. The rotation assembly comprises a hook pushing component (150) driven to rotate under the action of the first driving assembly. The hook pushing component (150) is rotated upward to push and rotate a metal hook (330) having a preliminary connection with a hook fixing component (320), so as to enable the metal hook (330) to fall into an installation hole of the hook fixing component (320). In the hook insertion device, a hook holding mechanism, the rotation assembly, and the hook pushing component (150) cooperate with each other so as to realize mechanical automation of inserting the metal hook (330) into an installation recess (321) on the hook fixing component (320).
