A hookah tobacco pipe (100) and a hookah device (200). The hookah tobacco pipe (100) comprises a bent smoke pipe (110), a sealing piece (130), and a tobacco pipe (150). The bent smoke pipe (110) comprises a first pipe section (111), a second pipe section (113), and a third pipe section (115); two ends of the second pipe section (113) and one end of the first pipe section (111) and third pipe section (115) respectively form included angles and are connected; the other ends of the first pipe section (111) and third pipe section (115) extend in opposite directions to one another; the end of the first pipe section (111) far from the second pipe section (113) is configured to insert into a soft plastic bottle (210), and the end of the third pipe section (115) far from the second pipe section (113) is detachably connected to the tobacco pipe (150); the tobacco pipe (150) is configured to contain tobacco; and the sealing piece (130) is detachably provided on the second pipe section (113) and configured to sealingly cooperate with and position the soft plastic bottle (210). The hookah pipe may be firmly fixed to a soft plastic bottle, stability is improved, a bent smoke pipe protruding out of a water surface and thus losing a filtering effect is avoided, and user experience is improved.
