Abstract:
A rotating board (14) is supported rotatably for a fixed base (22) by means of an
R guide (28) and the weight of the rotating board (14) and a die (12) attached thereto
is supported not only by a bearing (18) but also by the R guide (28). Consequently,
a moment (M) acting on the bearing (18) of the rotating board and a vertical load
(F) can be reduced. A block (26) of the R guide (28) is secured to the rotating board
(14) side through a disc spring (30) and when the rotating board (14) is rotating,
the rotating board (14) is separated by an amount of a gap (S) from the fixed base
(22) due to resiliency of the disc spring (30), thereby reducing the rotary resistance.
On the other hand, at the time of mold clamping, pressure receiving surfaces
(14a, 22a) of the rotating board and the fixed base come into contact with each
other while resisting the resiliency of the disc spring (30), thereby transmitting
the mold clamping load (P) surely to the fixed base (22).
